You will lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide DevOps engineering system to support product and engineering organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a unified engineering system by partnering with automation, quality, and security SMEs.
• Define and institutionalize DevOps best practices and resilient patterns across the engineering organization.
• Drive the adoption of standardized pipelines and platforms through frequent feedback loops with product teams.
• Analyze engineering data and trends to identify pain points and prioritize system improvements.
• Act as a change agent to advance a platform-first agenda and maximize DevOps value stream flow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
• Proficiency with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control including GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of Java and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of continuous delivery and automation within an end-to-end DevOps process.
• Ability to apply systems thinking and data-driven decision-making to engineering problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with open-source technologies.
