Description

Manage and scale GitHub Actions foundations, repository governance, and CI/CD automation.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain GitHub Actions foundations, including builds, testing, and validation.
• Own the repository governance model, managing user creation, role assignment, and access provisioning.
• Develop IaC code standard templates for AWS and Azure services and build application code templates.
• Implement DevSecOps standards, code scanning, and vulnerability identification within GitLab and GitHub Actions.
• Provide technical guidance on coding standards, architecture best practices, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Helm Charts, and GitOps.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Python, Shell scripting, and YAML.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, EKS, VPC, IAM, and CloudFront.
• Experience with container technologies for stateful and stateless applications.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation using Jenkins declarative pipelines, GitLab, and Maven.
• Experience with security tools like SonarQube for code coverage and scanning.
• AWS Solutions Architect or Azure certification required.
• CKAD or EKS certification required.

Preferred Skills

• GitHub Actions certification.
