Description

You will own the GitHub Enterprise platform, security automation, and repository governance for a large-scale engineering organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure authentication, MFA, and token governance across GitHub Enterprise Server.
• Automate repository governance, compliance controls, and access reviews using GitHub APIs and GraphQL.
• Build monitoring, observability, and security analytics solutions, including User Behavior Analytics from audit logs.
• Lead large-scale GitHub Enterprise repository migrations and enforce DevSecOps policies.
• Support platform operations, including GHE upgrades, patching, and CI/CD security hardening.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with GitHub Enterprise Server (GHE) and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Python or Go development for automation scripts.
• Strong experience with GitHub APIs, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on expertise in DevSecOps, IAM, and access governance.
• Experience integrating SIEM/SOAR tools and analyzing audit logs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline security and repository compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta or Azure AD integrations.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and supply chain security (SBOM).
