Description

You will administer, secure, and optimize the GitLab ecosystem, including CI/CD pipelines, runners, and infrastructure, while managing related DevOps tools like Artifactory and SonarQube.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize complex GitLab CI/CD pipelines using YAML best practices.
• Provision and manage self-hosted GitLab instances and runners using Terraform and Ansible.
• Hardening GitLab for enterprise usage, including SAML/SSO, LDAP, RBAC, and backup/restore procedures.
• Integrate monitoring solutions (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK) to track GitLab health and pipeline performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD incidents, migrations, and operational tasks via automation and scripts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of administration experience in complex applications and software configuration management.
• Hands-on experience administering GitLab (Self-Managed), Artifactory, Xray, and SonarQube.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Working knowledge of containerization on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of GitOps practices, Agile, CI/CD, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience configuring GitLab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions at scale.

Preferred Skills

• GitLab Certified Administrator certification.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with scripting/programming skills.
