Description

Manage and deploy workloads within GKE environments using GitOps patterns.

You will maintain GKE clusters and core Kubernetes objects, supporting microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage core Kubernetes objects including Deployments, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Persistent Volumes.
• Maintain GKE clusters using GitOps patterns and tools like Argo CD and Octopus.
• Implement GitOps workflows for cluster maintenance and updates.
• Support microservices architectures built on Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (K8s) and GKE deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes objects: Deployments, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and PVs.
• Proficiency with Argo CD or Octopus for GitOps management.
• Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js microservices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python.
