Description

You will manage the General Ledger function and oversee month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the General Ledger function, including overseeing month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Support the Corporate Controller with monthly management dashboards and detailed variance analysis.
• Manage the payroll function in coordination with HR, overseeing 401(k) audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audit deliverables, statutory filings, and income tax payments.
• Review and update accounting policies to ensure compliance and process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with multinational companies.
• Expertise in GL Accounting.
• Experience managing payroll tax filings, deductions, and 401(k) contributions.
• Ability to perform detailed variance analysis and financial performance reporting.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a professional certification in finance.
• Ability to work US Time-zone hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST).
