Description

You will own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Glassbox session replay platform across web and mobile applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer the session replay platform, including software installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Manage user access and entitlements using role-based access control (RBAC).
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate and update session replay SDKs and JavaScript tags for iOS, Android, and web.
• Configure data capture rules, such as masking and event tracking, to meet privacy and compliance requirements.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into customer journeys and user behaviors.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience integrating and implementing session replay tools like Glassbox.
• 7+ years of experience capturing and analyzing user interactions to optimize customer journeys.
• 7+ years of experience creating custom reports, funnels, and data-driven business insights.
• 5+ years of experience in debugging and performing root cause analysis for production issues.
• 3+ years of experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
• Experience using Jira and agile methodologies for issue tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tag management tools like Tealium.
• Experience creating Grafana dashboards and alerts for real-time monitoring.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
