Description

You will develop and maintain integrations for the Glean platform, building data connectors, embedding search capabilities, and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data connectors using Glean's Indexing API to push content from databases into the knowledge graph.
• Utilize Glean's Client APIs and SDKs (Python, TypeScript, Java, Go) to embed search and chat functionalities into internal applications.
• Build, test, and deploy Glean Agents to automate multi-step workflows based on business unit requirements.
• Implement and manage fine-grained permissions and access controls for all custom-indexed content.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for the Glean platform, troubleshooting integrations and optimizing indexing performance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience working with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Demonstrable experience building data pipelines and integrating disparate enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with data serialization formats including JSON and XML.
• Experience with Glean or Glean Enterprise AI.
• Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting complex integration challenges.
• Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and agents.

• Experience with Glean Enterprise AI.
