Description

You will build and manage a global industrial cybersecurity delivery capability from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and standardize delivery processes, procedures, tools, and templates to optimize execution.
• Lead all industrial cybersecurity project execution and oversee global delivery activities and outcomes.
• Hire, manage, and develop the execution team while supervising subordinate work and performance.
• Manage project-level and team-level finances, including account receivables and profitability optimization.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project and customer challenges to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional work experience.
• 10 years of project and/or program management experience.
• 8 years of program leadership or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven expertise in global delivery and managing global operations.
• Experience managing managed services and various service models.
• Strong background in customer satisfaction and relationship development.
• Proficiency in PMBOK/PMP methodologies.
• Ability to manage organizational design, financial operations, and workforce planning.
