IITJobs is looking for a Global Human Capital Communications & Change Specialist who can create and shape content for internal and external HR communication, and lead change management for a large-scale, AI-driven HR transformation program spanning multiple HR functions. It is a hands-on execution role focused on writing, creating content, planning, and running sessions personally and not a strategy-only seat.

Responsibilities:-

Change Management — Provide change management from a Future of Work, Work Transformation (WX) by AI, and Human and Agentic AI transformation standpoint, partnering closely with the other functions in Human Capital group.

HR Content & Strategy Support — Create and own content and strategy support for the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Group HR — including investor- and analyst-facing content, press engagement, executive keynote materials, town halls, all-employee messages, leadership narrative development, and talking-point preparation for Board sessions, AGMs, and other governance forums.

Content and Narrative Consistency — Build and maintain a consistent content and communications narrative across HR programs (e.g. Talent Management, Total Rewards, and One HR platform).

Message Translation — Translate complex, technical, or sensitive topics like AI adoption, workflow and role redesign, organizational change — into clear, audience-appropriate messaging for employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Readiness — Anticipate and prepare leadership for difficult questions from employees, media, board members, and works councils, grounded in real stakeholder sentiment rather than assumption.

Required Skills:- 

• 8+ years of experience in communications, change management, or a related discipline, ideally including time at a Big 4 firm or a top-tier consultancy.
• Excellent written communication skills. This role writes constantly and creates content, for senior executives, and the quality bar is high
• Proven experience leading change management for a large organizational or technology transformation, not just supporting one.
• Comfortable working directly with C-suite executives and turning their intent into finished, ready-to-use materials with minimal back-and-forth.
• Understanding of AI agents required; hands-on AI agent development experience preferred.
• Fluent English required. Japanese language ability is a plus but not required.
