This is a high-visibility, hands-on execution role sitting directly with the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Group HR. You will be the person shaping how the AI-driven change story gets told - internally to employees & HR leaders and externally to Board, investors, and press. This is NOT a strategy-only seat.

- 8+ years of experience in Communications, Change Management, or related discipline
- Excellent written communication skills - constant content creation for senior executives (town halls, Board sessions, AGMs, investor/analyst content, press engagement, keynotes)
- Proven experience leading Change Management for large organizational or technology transformation
- Expertise in Future of Work, Work Transformation (WX) by AI, Human & Agentic AI transformation
- Comfortable working directly with C-suite and converting intent into finished materials with minimal back-and-forth
- Ability to translate complex topics - AI adoption, workflow & role redesign, org change - into clear messaging
- Experience in stakeholder readiness, anticipating difficult questions from employees, media, board, works councils
- Understanding of AI agents required; hands-on AI agent development experience preferred
- Fluent English required; Japanese language is a plus
