You will manage and secure the organization's digital assets through identity and access management practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Design and enforce access control mechanisms, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and entitlement management aligned with business needs.
- Lead incident response efforts and troubleshoot IAM-related security issues.
- Establish IAM governance processes and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for IAM activities to senior management.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Access Management (AM) tools such as Microsoft Azure, Okta, Oracle, or Ping Identity.
- Experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage user identities and access rights accurately and timely.
- Experience with SOX compliance and previous audit experience.
- Proficiency in translating security risks into clear business terms for executives.
- Experience with IAM, PAM, Requirement gathering, testing sessions, and full lifecycle IAM Deployment, preferably in a greenfield stage.
- Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree.
