You will lead global mobility operations to ensure alignment with HR policies and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee visa and work permit processes to ensure compliance with international immigration laws and regulations.
- Engage with legal attorneys to obtain opinions on regulatory requirements and manage risk.
- Guide employees through application procedures and maintain meticulous records for international assignments.
- Collaborate with compensation teams to design suitable assignment packages and provide cultural training.
- Manage the end-to-end global mobility program and strategic oversight of visa processing.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience managing business visa and work permit processes in multinational environments.
- Expertise in Global Mobility and Risk Management.
- Proven track record of navigating complex visa and work permit processes across diverse geographical regions.
- Proficiency using visa processing platforms such as Service.
- Familiarity with NEFT payment systems for visa transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- 7+ years of specific experience in global mobility management.
- Advanced degree or certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP).
