Description

You will lead the Finance workstream for a global Oracle ERP Cloud implementation within the Energy sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across 10+ core Oracle Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Intercompany, and Lease Accounting.
• Direct the design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization of finance processes in a multi-country environment.
• Manage solution design, system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Partner with HCM and SCM workstreams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison to the client, advising on business transformation and managing risk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation.
• Deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Experience overseeing core Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Intercompany, Lease Accounting).
• Experience in the Energy sector (Oilfield Services/Oil & Gas/Energy Services).
• Experience directing system configuration and data migration.
• Proven ability in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading functional and technical consultant teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving user adoption through change management collaboration.
