Description

You act as a consultant to guide clients through system configuration and implementation for Global PAYplus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify project requirements and recommend configuration best practices.
• Perform data analysis and mapping from source files to target applications for technical development teams.
• Test and troubleshoot system configuration and application functionality.
• Support delivery teams throughout the software implementation lifecycle and provide ongoing business support.
• Develop internal guides, training materials, and end-user documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience writing business requirements and functional specifications within the payments domain.
• Extensive expertise in Fedwire, Swift, Nacha, and TCH Payments.
• Experience in configuring systems and managing application functionality.
• Proficiency in data mapping activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Global Pay Plus (GPP).
