JD:

• Minimum 5 years of payroll projects implementation & 10 years of payroll experience supporting multiple regions.
• Experience in payroll project implementation and system testing preferred (ADP Global view, SAP Payroll, ADP Celergo).
• Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or team lead with demonstrated leadership capabilities is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regional payroll processes, regulations, and vendor landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge on Lean and Six Sigma principles preferred.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
• High cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse markets.
• Experience with payroll reporting and statutory remittances (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
• Familiarity with leading payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, NGA, SDWorx, Kronos, Workday, Salesforce Service Cloud).
