Global Payroll- Program Manager

iitjobs is looking for a  Global Payroll- Program Manager who involves direct collaboration with third-party vendors and internal project teams, providing critical input to both payroll and timekeeping systems. 

Key Responsibilities:- 
• Previous experience in planning, handling & implementation of Payroll & Time projects or multiplies regions
• Previous experience working with ADP Global view , Celergo projects & Time systems like WFS Or Kronos.
• Experience of payroll with integration from an HR System
• Support payroll project implementations, transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives across global markets.
• Provide payroll expertise throughout project phases including testing, data validation, and process documentation.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams (HRA and HRS), global teams such as the Stocks Team, and other cross functional partners.
• Partner with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate timely implementations of projects and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal audit standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:-
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll projects implementation & 10 years of payroll experience supporting multiple regions.
• Experience in payroll project implementation and system testing preferred (ADP Global view, SAP Payroll, ADP Celergo).
• Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or team lead with demonstrated leadership capabilities is a plus.
• Strong understanding of regional payroll processes, regulations, and vendor landscape.
• Familiarity with leading payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, NGA, SDWorx, Kronos, Workday, Salesforce
