Description

You will architect, design, and engineer complex software products while researching and incubating new technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture solutions that meet both functional and non-functional project requirements.
• Create conceptual and logical models and develop architecture documents for SDLC teams to follow.
• Align teams with strategic objectives, requirements, and enterprise architecture.
• Coach and mentor team members, peers, and product engineers on technical topics.
• Monitor infrastructure and application uptime to ensure performance objectives are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall relevant experience with 5+ years developing or administering software in the public cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, Go, Perl, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with message-driven application development, including Kafka and pub-sub patterns.
• Hands-on experience with microservices implementation styles and OSS frameworks.
• Demonstrable cross-functional knowledge of systems, storage, networking, security, and databases.
• Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tooling and practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise problems.
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture and functional/object-oriented programming.
• Ability to design and implement DevSecOps solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
• Experience leveraging cloud-native AWS or GCP services.
