Description

Architect and design complex software products while incubating new technologies and frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture solutions meeting functional and non-functional project requirements.
• Create conceptual and logical models and develop architecture documents for SDLC teams.
• Align engineering teams with strategic objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Coach and mentor team members and product engineers on technical topics.
• Monitor infrastructure and application uptime to ensure performance objectives are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall relevant experience, including 5+ years in public cloud development or administration.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, Go, Perl, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with message-driven application development, including Kafka and pub-sub patterns.
• Hands-on experience with microservices implementation styles and open-source frameworks.
• Cross-functional knowledge of systems, storage, networking, security, and databases.
• Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tooling and practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise problems.
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture and functional/object-oriented programming.
• Ability to design and implement DevSecOps solutions meeting security and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
• Experience leveraging cloud-native AWS or GCP services.
