You will lead global program management and standardization for apprenticeship and workforce development initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate central program management activities and standardize apprenticeship processes across global teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications and drive alignment on workforce development cycles.
• Perform root cause analysis to diagnose issues within internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Utilize Smartsheet and automating tools to streamline program workflows and reporting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• Proven global experience, specifically within the Apprenticeship Space.
• Strong background in Workforce Development and managing Internship/Apprenticeship cycles.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and complex communication strategies.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and various automating tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with root cause analysis and diagnostic problem-solving.
