Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution, risk management, and delivery timelines for global programs.
• Partner with business, tech, and executive stakeholders to align on strategic goals.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure user adoption, operational readiness, and value realization post-delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in program management, product management, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven experience with cross-functional delivery and large-scale initiatives.
• Business and technical acumen to bridge gaps between teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vendor relationships and external partners.
