Description

You will lead large-scale global programs within a matrixed environment, managing complex workflows across the power and energy sectors. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs involving 1,000+ tasks and $100M+ budgets.
• Drive program execution across global teams in the power and energy sectors.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows using standardized program management methodologies.
• Communicate progress and strategic alignment to diverse stakeholder groups.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program management with a focus on global leadership.
• Proven track record managing high-budget, high-scale programs.
• Expertise in P6, MS Project, or Jira.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Deep familiarity with the Power or Energy industry.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
