Lead research and survey analytics customer analysis deep dives while managing day-to-day client communications for this Mumbai-based role.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies outlined by senior leadership to meet and surpass business objectives.
• Build, review, and improve processes, systems, and team structures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement strategic initiatives including quality measurement, automation, and service upgrades.
• Manage client relationships to prevent escalations and support the preparation of client reviews.
• Collaborate with account managers to develop proposals and solutions that increase business from existing clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing customer analysis deep dives and research analytics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies for a service line or function.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, and quality measurement initiatives.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and escalation resolution.
• Background in competitor analysis and market-oriented solution development.

• Any Graduate degree.
