Description

You will lead the end-to-end global implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global rollout of IAM/SSO solutions across multiple regions.
• Assemble and manage global teams and coordinate external vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and executive-level status reports.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and security gaps.
• Drive global change management and adoption strategies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years managing large-scale, complex global IAM/SSO implementation projects.
• Direct experience rolling out Microsoft Entra ID.
• Technical familiarity with Active Directory and Workday integration flows.
• Expertise in managing multi-vendor initiatives across different geographic regions.
• Strong understanding of IAM/SSO technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate project status effectively to all organizational levels.
• Experience in risk management and security gap identification.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience specifically working with Entra ID, Active Directory, and Workday ecosystems.
