Description

You will manage end-to-end procurement processes and supplier relationships for retail development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and track purchase requisitions to completion using Jira.
• Execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to develop sourcing recommendations based on cost, quality, and lead time.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and manage cost changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own vendor selection, onboarding, and strategic supplier relationship management.
• Reconcile invoices by collaborating with vendors and Accounts Payable to improve processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven experience in Indirect Procurement.
• Hands-on experience conducting bid processes (RFI, RFP, and informal bids).
• Expertise in negotiating contracts and managing vendor agreements.
• Proficiency with SAP, ERP systems, Coupa, Jira, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills for business decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in evolving environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in Retail Procurement.
