You will manage end-to-end overseas recruitment processes from the Wakad office.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing and search criteria by analyzing technical client requirements.
• Execute candidate sourcing, negotiations, and situation management.
• Maintain professional etiquette across phone, email, and social media channels.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels through clear oral and written English.

Required Skills

• Experience in candidate sourcing and negotiations.
• Ability to manage candidate situations and communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Fluent oral and written English communication.
• Ability to work UK shifts on-site in Wakad, Pune.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition.
• Any graduate degree.
