Description

You will drive product vision and strategy by bridging user experience with technical execution across global platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product roadmaps and detailed specifications in collaboration with architects and engineers.
• Manage product backlogs, breaking down business requirements into epics and user stories for Agile delivery teams.
• Own product governance, including project plans, status reviews, performance metrics, and risk management.
• Identify customer needs through market research, stakeholder interviews, and analysis of customer pain points.
• Track global platform KPIs such as unit cost, uptime, and operational performance data to identify improvement areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner capacity.
• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), and User Experience (UX).
• Experience managing requirements within an Agile framework and standard SDLC processes.
• Ability to build customer journeys and identify user friction points.
• Proven track record of developing product and technology roadmaps through stakeholder influence.
• Expertise in conducting technology product demonstrations for clients.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment across multiple business units.
• Strong technical aptitude regarding web service technologies and user interface/interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DXP capabilities including DAM, PIM, and CMS technologies.
• Knowledge of eCommerce, marketplace capabilities, and Web Accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
• Background in financial industry products.
