You will manage and maintain enterprise file transfer systems and secure data movement protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to file transfer systems.
• Implement file encryption, decryption, and secure file transfer practices.
• Develop file scripts and perform data validation.
• Manage network protocols and firewall configurations to ensure secure connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support file transfer workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Globalscape Enterprise File Transfer.
• Hands-on experience with MFT tools such as IBM Sterling File Gateway, Connect:Direct, or Axway.
• Deep understanding of file transfer protocols including FTP, SFTP, FTPS, NDM, and HTTP/S.
• Proficiency in file scripting and validation processes.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security concepts.
• Experience managing firewall configurations for secure data transit.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical integration issues.
