Description

You will manage and maintain the GlobalScape EFT environment and associated file transfer protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Electronic File Transfer program using GlobalScape EFT, DMZ gateway, Business Activity Monitoring, and Web Portal tools.
• Execute weekly and monthly patching activities, including pre and post-patching validation in coordination with network and platform teams.
• Manage certificate lifecycles and drive governance for the EFT setup.
• Perform runtime troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system assessments to remove unwanted users, flows, or event rules.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for file transfers and system utilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EFT administration or similar infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on expertise with GlobalScape EFT, DMZ gateway, Business Activity Monitoring, and Web Portal tools.
• Proficiency with file transfer protocols including HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, and AS2.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and utilities.
• Strong understanding of certificate management and security protocols.
• Ability to manage incident remediation, including weekend work for P1/Critical incidents.
• Experience working within Incident Management and Change Management frameworks.
