Description

You will manage Linux environments, web applications, and specialized data transfer protocols.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint management and B2B data transfers.
• Develop Python scripts for authentication, error handling, and permission management.
• Administer file permissions across POSIX and S3 environments.
• Handle authorization and authentication workflows using REST APIs.
• Oversee enterprise identity management systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for authentication and endpoint management.
• Deep expertise in Authorization and Authentication protocols.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of file permissions including POSIX and S3.
• Experience with Enterprise Identity Management such as Globus, CILogon, UW NetID, SAML, or Shibboleth.
• Experience with Globus administration and the Globus Python SDK.
