Description

Lead the R&D organization to drive sustained success in high-end Electronic, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, and Software Systems. You report directly to the Managing Director and serve on the Managing Committee.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product development lifecycle, including new design, costing, quality, and manufacturability.
• Plan and execute R&D operations, including resource allocation, project planning, and performance reviews.
• Hire, train, and mentor R&D engineers to support organizational growth.
• Optimize development processes and leverage external resources to fill skill gaps.
• Implement ISO 9001 and other international quality standards across design and manufacturing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Electronics, with 5+ years heading Design and Development.
• Deep understanding of the electronic product development cycle.
• Minimum 5 years of direct Embedded Design experience.
• Proficiency in Embedded Firmware, Embedded Hardware, and Hardware Designing.
• Experience with Power Electronics, PCB design, and mechanical development oversight.
• Ability to manage application software developers and power supply teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent.
