Description

You will manage production planning, inventory reconciliation, and CMO coordination within a GMP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review MPS plans for feasibility and update master data to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate with CMOs to confirm capacity, send monthly forecasts, and ensure PO/WO acceptance.
• Manage work orders and purchase orders in Oracle EBS and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Reconcile book inventory against CMO hand inventory and investigate discrepancies for SOX compliance.
• Execute root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address planning or inventory issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or related roles.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions implementation.
• Analytical skills for inventory and production data management.
• Accounting Software proficiency.
