Description

You design and maintain high-performance backend services and distributed systems in Go.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices architectures and distributed systems using Go.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, deployment, and operations.
• Design and optimize database schemas for relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems.
• Implement unit tests and integrate testing platforms to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver features and resolve complex debugging challenges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Golang.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems patterns.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of security best practices and cybersecurity measures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience implementing MQTT-based real-time communication systems.
