Description

You will lead a team of developers while designing and maintaining scalable Go-based microservices and cloud-native applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a team of Go developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Go microservices.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage project timelines.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analysis for complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Golang, including frameworks such as Beego and Gin.
• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Gateway for API management.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication and authorization.
• Ability to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NestJS.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch and Redis.
