Description

You will design and build automated testing frameworks and tools for large-scale distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and test suites for distributed systems.
• Define optimal test suites for sanity, regression, system, resiliency, and deployment verification.
• Develop internal and operational tools to support backend testing and system reliability.
• Implement test methodologies, including the creation of comprehensive test cases and plans.
• Lead engineering efforts from planning and organization through to execution and delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering or test development.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Go (Golang).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Ansible.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of backend testing and large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and data structures.
• Experience working in Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with PaaS or SaaS platforms.
• Working knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and applications.
