Description

You build and maintain scalable backend services and platform monitoring systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance monitoring services for the cloud platform.
• Build libraries for cross-cutting concerns and extend platform capabilities.
• Re-evaluate product architecture, performance, and stability.
• Mentor developers on backend, data storage, and system technologies.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to define and build solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full-time experience in service-oriented backend development.
• 5+ years developing microservices for SaaS products.
• Expert-level knowledge of Golang.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges.
• Proficiency in scaling backend systems including sharding, partitioning, and horizontal scaling.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Argo, Grafana, Graphite, and Prometheus.
• Thorough understanding of engineering best practices, including testing paradigms and code reviews.
