File transfer troubleshooting & incident management
LDAP / Active Directory integration
User management & Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Windows / Linux Server Administration
Networking, Firewalls, Proxies & DMZ architectures

Preferred Skills
Azure / AWS
Splunk, ServiceNow, Azure Monitor or similar monitoring tools
Control-M, AutoSys or Cron
PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting

What You'll Do
Administer and maintain the Fortra GoAnywhere MFT platform
Onboard and manage trading partners
Monitor and troubleshoot secure file transfer workflows
Configure and manage SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS and AS2 transfers
Ensure high availability, security and compliance
Manage users, access controls and integrations
Support enterprise file transfer operations and incident resolution
