Description

Architect and lead the design of scalable, resilient distributed systems using Golang.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices for the engineering team.
• Lead hands-on development of critical code components and conduct rigorous code and design reviews.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Mentor senior developers and drive the adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of hands-on Golang in production.
• Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Restful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and messaging platforms like Apache Kafka.
• Deep understanding of concurrency, networking, and performance optimization in Go.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing.
