Description

Senior individual contributor with end-to-end technical ownership for complex backend and frontend systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate architectural vision and enterprise standards into actionable engineering plans for the team.
• Own development, quality, resiliency, and operational readiness across the full lifecycle from proof of concept to general availability.
• Drive technical direction, establish governance standards, and serve as the primary technical escalation point for Engineers II and III.
• Provide design guidance, trade-off analysis, and prioritization to unblock delivery and reduce risk.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Golang and distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of testing, observability, and production operations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale systems.
• Ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and visual communication skills for technical documentation and diagrams.
