Description

Lead the design and evolution of large-scale, cloud-native backend platforms using Go.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall backend and distributed systems architecture.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-availability microservices.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices for Golang development.
• Lead system design discussions, architectural reviews, and technology evaluations.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on technical guidance and implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Deep expertise in Golang, including concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience designing and governing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in designing gRPC-based service contracts.
• Proven track record architecting integrations with databases, caching layers, message queues, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to implement high-performance backend services when needed.
