Description

You will build and maintain cloud services and distributed software systems on public cloud platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud services and solutions for managing client infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Design and build secure, multi-tier applications to handle high volumes of requests and data.
• Solve complex scalability and integration problems within distributed systems.
• Perform code modification, testing, and debugging, including writing unit and system-level tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, including product owners and quality engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Proficiency in GoLang, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed software systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong object-oriented design and coding skills on UNIX or Linux platforms.
• Experience with microservices and REST API development.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and distributed algorithms.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and Bash/Shell.
• Ability to produce technical runbooks and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
