Description

You will build and maintain backend services for the onsite team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs in Golang using Gorilla Mux.
• Implement CRUD operations and optimize queries within MongoDB.
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS platforms including Lambda, EC2, and API Gateway.
• Containerize applications using Docker and assist with Helm deployments.
• Contribute to observability and monitoring using OpenTelemetry and Datadog.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in Golang.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and core backend systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating MongoDB into backend services.
• Proficiency with Docker, containerization workflows, and basic Kubernetes concepts.
• Working knowledge of AWS deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Linux shell scripting and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Helm deployments.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry standards.
