Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and REST APIs using Golang.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed systems and microservices with a focus on scalability and error tolerance.
• Build and optimize high-performance algorithms and services balancing speed, readability, and maintainability.
• Integrate and manage message queuing mechanisms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Deliver projects in an agile SCRUM environment, communicating technical decisions and rationale clearly.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of application development experience using Golang.
• Proven experience designing and developing REST-based services and microservices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with queuing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience working in agile environments using SCRUM methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with container management tools including Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher.
• Experience with data stores such as Cassandra, Postgres, Couchbase, or other NoSQL servers.
