Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using Golang, React, and MongoDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust backend services and complex data models using Golang and NoSQL databases.
• Develop modern frontend applications using React, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.
• Lead technical design and architectural decisions for distributed systems, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
• Own the delivery lifecycle, including estimation, sequencing, risk identification, and reliable production deployments.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design collaboration, and knowledge sharing while adhering to HIPAA compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Golang, specifically with object-oriented programming principles.
• Strong proficiency in React for building modern frontend applications.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases for handling complex data models and large datasets.
• Proven track record of building enterprise-grade, service-oriented applications and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS cloud-native architecture and deployment patterns.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.
