Description

Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions, owning the release pipeline and architectural decisions for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust backend services in Golang and modern frontend applications using React or Angular.
• Architect distributed systems for scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance, handling complex data models and large datasets.
• Own delivery plans, including estimation, sequencing, and risk identification for technical initiatives.
• Ensure secure production deployments with monitoring and observability, adhering to HIPAA compliance standards.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design collaboration while driving continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building enterprise-grade, service-oriented applications and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Experience building frontend applications with React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted technologies to improve developer productivity.
