Description

You will design and implement multi-layered, SOA-structured, cloud-based applications using Go.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the agile software development lifecycle, including requirement decomposition, design documentation, and estimation.
• Build and troubleshoot cloud-based applications within a service-oriented architecture.
• Develop rapid prototypes and engage in regular pair programming.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, wikis, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Go or other object-oriented languages including Ruby, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Experience developing web applications and managing personal or professional code projects.
• Hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience with containers and Terraform.
• Strong communication skills for working across different technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Go and Ruby.
• Experience using Amazon EC2, S3, or other cloud services.
