Description

You will lead the extraction of legacy T-SQL codebases into structured rule specifications using Go-based static analysis and LLM-assisted tooling.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Extraction Pod to ingest stored procedures, triggers, DDL, and views (~50K LOC T-SQL).
• Build and run AST and dependency graph analysis to identify dynamic SQL, cursors, and temp tables for manual review.
• Run the Frontier RE pipeline to batch-extract rule narratives with line-level T-SQL traceability.
• Coordinate HITL review cycles with SMEs to lock specifications and deliver traceability matrices.
• Auto-generate Gherkin scenarios per rule and produce BRD/PRD documents from locked specs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in software engineering with 2+ years tech lead experience.
• Strong T-SQL and SQL Server expertise: stored procedures, triggers, dynamic SQL, dependency analysis.
• Proficiency in GoLang for scripting static analysis and AST tooling.
• Experience with large-scale legacy code reverse-engineering or migration.
• Familiarity with LLM-assisted extraction tools (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, or similar).
• Gherkin and BDD specification authoring.
• Strong written communication for producing specs and BRDs.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience (claims, prior auth, DMEPOS rules).
