Description

You will design and develop backend services, integration layers, and APIs in Golang. You will own the release pipeline, test integrity, and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and code backend services, scaffolding, and test harnesses using Golang.
• Develop APIs and services using TCP/HTTP and MQTT messaging protocols.
• Create unit and integration tests to validate service integrity.
• Manage dev/test environments and assist with Linux and Kubernetes hosting.
• Participate in Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demonstrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Significant experience with Golang for service development.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and object-oriented design.
• Experience with Linux OS and Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services and cloud-native architectural design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing tools.
• Working knowledge of Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Ability to write scripts in Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with static code analysis and capacity planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ or Python.
• Knowledge of embedded software development.
