You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable microservices in Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture.
• Write clean, testable, and documented code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Working knowledge of Python and Java.
• Experience with distributed systems and API design.
• Ability to work in hybrid environments.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience at Capital One or similar financial institutions.
