Description

Own the end-to-end development of Golang-based command-line tools, APIs, and DevOps automation pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Golang applications, focusing on CLI tools, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Write technical specifications and lead clean code practices for maintainability and reliability.
• Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines with SonarQube integration.
• Own the production environment, ensuring reliability through observability and containerization best practices on GCP.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total engineering experience with 8+ years of production Golang development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced query writing, and relational database design.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Cloud Run.
• Proven track record in building developer tooling, automation pipelines, and API integrations.
• Expertise in containerization, security best practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading end-to-end development processes and fostering continuous improvement in Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and drive process improvements.
